Principle of operation

Request

First of all, it is necessary to send your request to online booking system by selecting an airport of departure and destination airport, type of your trip (one way or round trip) and dates of your flights respectively. Also you should select desirable class of service and put exact number of passengers indicating their age.

Flight and fare selection

Once processed you request system will show a list of available flights and fares that meet your request. Select a desirable flight and fare and go to next stage.

Confirmation

At this point, system will show your selected flights and fares including taxes in currency of country of your departure. To proceed further you should check the box that you have read and agree to the fare rules.

Passengers

To record your reservation you have to enter passenger information: title, name, passport, phone and e-mail.

Payment

You must have a valid credit card to finalize your reservation and purchase your tickets online. These data will be encrypted and sent to authorizing server of the payment center using SSL-protocol.

Ticket

If you enter all required information correctly, your reservation and ticket payment will be completed successfully. To confirm successful reservation and payment acknowledgement system will display complete information about your reservation: itinerary, flight number, departure and arrival dates respectively, list of passengers of your reservation, total cost of your reservation, number of your reservation, ticket office address and phone. This information will be sent to your e-mail address too.

You may get your tickets from ticket office at the airport beforehand or directly before your flight departure but not later than check-in time termination.

You should show your passport and your reservation number and officer will give your tickets already completed.
