Booking Engine

XITEX Software has developed a software product - online booking engine Click-to-Sky.  The product is integrated to global inventory system Gabriel (SITA), which is used by many airlines for storing and distribution of the information about theirs flights and fares.

This engine gives the airlines the opportunity to organize service of online booking directly via their own web-sites. The system represents an easy-to-use instrument with a help of which a passenger will have a possibility to request the information concerning flights, to choose and to book tickets both for himself and other passenger and to pay for it by credit card.

The processing system is used to provide the payments via the Internet. The Visa and MasterCard/Euro Card emitted by any bank are accepted for payment.

The system is designed for user who doesn’t have special trainings in IT but has only primary skills for navigation in the Internet.

The easiness of using was achieved due to the minimizing the number of operations to a 5 steps and high usability of graphic user interface. The absence of odd data contributes to the better perception of the information by users.
